JehCon Group (Pty) Ltd is a registered building contractor based in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. Founded in 2015 by Hendrik Fourie, we build new homes, renovations and commercial, industrial and retail projects across Durban and the North Coast, and every project is priced from a detailed Bill of Quantities.

Hendrik Fourie started JehCon Group in 2015 with a simple aim: to be the most reliable and trustworthy construction company in the region, one successful project at a time. He brings more than 17 years of experience across commercial and residential construction, including projects worth up to R180 million.
From our office at Laguna Seca in Ballito, the team has grown to include in-house quantity surveyors, a contracts manager, site agents and a finance and administration team. That lets us price, programme and run projects ourselves, from a Durban North renovation or a Zimbali home to a warehouse or a shopping centre refurbishment.
We work closely with architects, engineers and design professionals, and act as the single point of contact between them, our subcontractors and you. In 2026, Ballito residents voted us Best Building & Construction Company in the Best of Ballito Readers’ Choice Awards.

As the founder of JehCon Group, Hendrik brings over 17 years of dedicated experience in the construction industry to the forefront of the company's operations. Since establishing the firm in 2015, he has been the driving force behind its reputation for reliability and exceptional quality workmanship.
Hendrik's career spans a wide spectrum of commercial and residential projects, giving him a deep, ground-up understanding of the entire construction lifecycle. A strategic leader, he has built a high-performing team capable of managing multiple large-scale projects concurrently — all while upholding the highest standards of excellence.
